| ACUTE TOXICITY STUDY OF MUSLI POWER X-TRA |
| |
Results indicate that MUSLI POWER X-TRA (MPX) given at 5gram per KG body weight to male and female rats for 15 days did not produce any biochemical changes related to hepatic and renal functions.
MPX administration also did not produce any change in hematological parameters such as WBC, RBC, Platelet and Hemoglobin.
MPX administration did not produce any weight loss to the animals or any weight change in organs. Necropsy of the treated animals showed normal appearance of all inner organs. There was also no change in the histopathology of brain, liver, kidney and spleen. The results indicate that MPX did not produce any toxicity to rats with this extreme concentration of 5grams per kg body weight.
